Winslow’s Medical History Presented at Hubbell
Winslow Historical Society members Barb Larremore and Vel Marcotte present “The Sawbones and Stethoscopes that Kept ’em Standin’ on the Corner,” an exploration of the amazing feats performed by Winslow’s medical practitioners of yesteryear. Come to the Winslow Visitors Center/Hubbell Trading Post on Saturday, October 8, from 2 to 3 p.m. for this engaging presentation, part of the Winslow Historical Society/Old Trails Museum’s year-long series “Second Saturdays in Winslow,” which explore Winslow’s diverse history in celebration of the Arizona State Centennial on February 14, 2012.
