2026 Calendar Now Available

As part of the Winslow Centennial Committee’s and OTM’s celebration of the Centennial of Route 66, the 2026 historical calendar provides an overview of the museum’s new exhibit, 100 Years of Route 66 in Winslow. Both the calendar and exhibit highlight the people, businesses, and sites along the city’s stretch of the iconic highway. The cover photo shows the 100 block of East Second Street looking west in the 1940s, when Route 66 was still a two-way street through Winslow (Frashers Fotos Collection/HJG).

OTM Director Ann-Mary Lutzick developed the calendar using historical sources including articles from the Winslow Mail and Winslow Daily Mail, archival material from the OTM Collections, and various articles and books. Photographs are from the OTM Collections unless noted; the museum thanks Dona Bruchman Harris, Lawrence Kenna, Lori Bentley Law, and Spencer SooHoo for loaning their images, and Jim Buckley and Dan Lutzick for their feedback.

The printing of the 2026 calendar by Minuteman Press of Flagstaff was funded by a grant from the Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona. The calendar is an annual fundraiser for the museum thanks to its generous advertisers: Barton Architecture, Bojo’s Grill & Sports Club, Cox’s Automotive, Dominique’s On the Corner, Dyna Rock & Sand, Harley Hendricks Realty, Kenna Properties, La Posada Hotel, Hancock-Leavitt Insurance, Mojo Coffee Company, the Rotary Club of Winslow, Snowdrift Art Space, and the Winslow Chamber of Commerce.

Priced at $12, the calendar is available at the museum, Arizona 66 Trading Company, La Posada Hotel, On the Corner Gifts, and the Winslow Visitors Center. You can also order through the OTM Online Store ($3 for shipping).
